DediBot’s Way on “Intelligently made in China”

As the first show of TCT, the leading exhibition brand of global additive manufacturing, TCT Asia Exhibition - 2019 Asia 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing Exhibition will be grandly opened at Shanghai New International Expo Center on February 21-23. What surprises will DediBot bring to this year?

At the exhibition, DediBot Intelligent is still jointly exhibited with Beijing Pera Global and Chongqing ADRAYN. The exhibition will cover the following aspects:

1. Innovation, New Products

At last year's TCT Asia exhibition, DediBot launched three new products in a row, which shocked customers and media from domestic and oversea. This year, DediBot also came prepared.

1) Nylon 3D printing equipment DLS-200 (Prototyping series)

Since its establishment, DediBot has successively launched two devices based on SLM (selective laser melting) technology, which has been widely praised by the industry. However, DediBot's road of innovation and exploration has never stopped. This year, DediBot will continue to launch nylon 3D printing equipment - DLS-200 which has incorporated with 30W CO2 laser, as well as the efficient and reliable optical path control system. The structure design has adopted the advanced industrial CAE simulation, taking the large construction space, high efficiency and small size into consideration at the same time, which is extremely cost-effective among other SLS equipment.

The DLS-200 has a compact structure design with the "small body" of 810*868*1465mm and large construction space that is up to 200*200*300mm. It has taken the most of the space utilization (even can be placed in the office), and greatly save the installation room.

2) The Mixed-craft intelligent manufacture equipment DHP-4 (Production series)

DediBot plans to launch a Mixed-craft intelligent manufacture equipment DHP-4, to provide the 3D printing manufacturing system that can continuously construct among multiple work stations. The multi-station 3D printing manufacturing system can strip off the printed objects from printing plate and transfer them between each station with the mechanical arm, achieving the automation of continuous mass production.

The most important features of DHP-4 are its fully automated continuous production capability and the mixed-craft concurrent control system. Users can operate the system concurrently by choosing one or more crafts combination, and independently control each nozzle, complemented by the agile and flexible mechanical arm on demand to transfer printed parts. The whole process can achieve the one-stop production mode of components from modeling, printing to surface post-processing without any human intervention, which not only effectively reduces labor costs, but also saves a lot of time. It also means users can create multiple identical or different printing tasks at the same time.

Besides, DediBot also plans to introduce a long-expected large-size, high-precision LCD desktop-level optical curing printing device, DCD-290, at the TCT exhibition. The Metal 3D printing equipment and Open-ended 3D printing (OAM) that have attracted much attention before, will also be displayed again. 2. Optimize and upgrade, and improve the solution

In addition to the three new products mentioned above, DediBot has also invested a lot of in the optimization and upgrading of classic products and the development of relevant supporting solutions.

Take DF3, the desktop 3D printer as an example, it not only makes large-scale improvement in details to make it more precise, efficient and stable, but also synchronously updates relevant supporting facilities, such as convenient and quick mini-program which allows you to control the printer, view the status of the printer remotely, and one-click printing without downloading the software. The supporting APP is also constantly updated and upgraded. Besides, Online design and community interaction features will be developed in the near future, making the APP support users’ need for online editing 3D model , as well as communicating and sharing print results.
