On May 29th, DediBot Intelligent and ADRAYN had signed the strategic cooperation agreement with Materialise in ADRAYN’s headquarter in Chongqing.

In March of this year, DediBot has had signed the cooperation agreements in the areas of MCP (Materialise Control Platform, a modular, embedded hardware solution driven by software, to satisfy users’ needs of better control over the additive manufacturing machines), procurement, technical training, marketing at the TCT Asia 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing Exhibition. Both sides are seeking to deepen the partnership through current round of cooperation.
At the signing ceremony, General Manager Ying Hua and Executive Vice President Johan Pauwels had representatively introduced the strategic development blueprint and technology innovation of DediBot and Materialise, jointly described the prospect for comprehensive cooperation of both sides in the future.

According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out in-depth cooperation in software licensing, technical training, internal and external seminars and Powered by Materialise marketing cooperation. This is the first time that Materialise launches such a deep cooperation program in China, which indicates a deeper, higher and boarder level of cooperation between the two sides.
Under the partnership agreement, Materialise will provide DediBot with a software license for the Magics 3D printing suite, including Magics, Build Processor, 3-matic, e-Stage, and deliver a basic training in the use of the software.
Powered by Materialise is also an important part of this cooperation agreement. The two sides will give full play to their advantages in additive manufacturing, to conduct seminar from internal and external to enhance the technology communication and results sharing.
